This retreat offers a rare and precious opportunity for extended and uninterrupted practice in silence and stillness. The teachers provide regular practice interviews and Dharma talks to support the process, with guidance in cultivating abiding compassion, appreciation, and goodwill; steadying and gathering the body, heart, and mind; and opening to insight and understanding that free the whole being.
Each participant will have a single room and may choose to practise in solitude or join the quiet company of the small community gathered here during this time.
