Meditation can be understood as a skill we can develop and train in. We explore how we relate to our experience—learning ways of meeting life that bring greater freedom, ease, and clarity.
On this retreat we'll be cultivating beautiful qualities of heart, such as kindness and compassion, and explore how these qualities can become transforming lenses through which we perceive and understand ourselves and the world. Where previously unexamined modes of relating, that are limiting or painful, come to light in the process we'll learn to gently question and loosen these patterns. We'll see that life isn't just "given to us", but that each moment is shaped—to some extent—by the way that we relate. We can begin to sense our heart's and mind’s remarkable capacity and receptivity, and re-connect to a sense of wonder and possibility.
The retreat is open to all levels of experience
